PSSC confers 2023 VAM Award to UGAT’s Christian A. Rosales

The Philippine Social Science Council is pleased to announce that Christian A. Rosales has been chosen as the recipient of the 2023 Virginia A. Miralao (VAM) Excellence in Research Award for his article “Pigs and ritual-hunting among the highland Tau-Buhid in Mounts Iglit-Baco natural park, Philippines”.
Details for the conferment ceremony and scientific lecture will be announced soon.
The VAM Excellence in Research Award serves as an incentive for young social scientists to pursue original and meaningful research. Every year, it recognizes the best article, book chapter, or book written by a promising young scholar in the profession.
