Examining the COVID-19 Responses of South Korea and the Philippines

On 8 August, 2021, the Philippine Social Science Council held a webinar entitled “Examining the COVID-19 Responses of Korea and the Philippines” to recognize the works or contribution of social scientists during the pandemic and explore their role in solving the two country’s most complex issues brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar aimed to give light to the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic from issues of health communication, battling disinformation and misinformation, and possible routes to take moving forward.
