The Philippine Social Science Center is a three-storey building
built in 1983 through a generous grant from the Japanese
Government. It is strategcally located along Commonwealth
Avenue in Quezon City, in close proximity to the University of the
Philippines Diliman campus, UP-Ayala Land Technohub,
SEAMEO-INNOTECH and New Era University. The PSSCenter
offers comfortable,secure and affordable office spaces for small
and medium-sized organizations. A typical office has a floor area
of 30 sq.m. Each floor has a spacious, sunlit lobby and is
equipped with clean and well-maintained lavatories. Pocket
gardens within and around the building contribute to a positive
and healthy work environment

The PSSCenter also has excellent facilities that cater to different
types of functions, including conferences, seminars, meetings,
and social gatherings. The function rooms can be set up
according to the client's needs. The rental package includes air
conditioning, chairs and tables, podium, and sound system.
Audio-visual equipment (e.g. LCD projector, laptop) are also
available for rent. Food requirements of building tenants and
function room patrons are served by PSSC's canteen
concessionaire. There is also a coffee shop operating at the
groind floor of the building. AMple parking spaces are provided for
tenants and patrons. A 24-hour hour security service ensures the
protection of the building and its offices.
