GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF FINAL PAPER FOR
THE 19TH IAHA CONFERENCE
MANILA, NOVEMBER 2006
1. All submitted conference papers should have a title page on the first page, which includes the title of the conference paper, the author's name, institutional affiliation, and country. At most 5 keywords should also be found on the first page. To this page the Conference Secretariat will add an edited version of the abstract that was submitted earlier.
2. The body of the paper should begin on the second page. The paper should be about 7,000 words, utilizing Times New Roman print style, with 12 points font size. The paper should be sent to the Conference Secretariat as a Word or Rich Text file.
3. Clear academic referencing of all works used and cited should be observed. The author/s may opt to use either footnotes, endnotes, or internal citation styles. A list of references/bibliography should be included in the paper.
4. Maps, charts, tables, and other materials essential to the paper may be included, provided that they are integrated to the paper in the necessary electronic format.
5. Soft copies of conference papers must be submitted by OCTOBER 15 for inclusion in a CD that will be provided in the conference packet of participants.
