Board of Trustees

PSSC is governed by a Board of Trustees composed of 15 voting members, with 13
representing the regular member-organizations and two, the associate
member-organizations. The immediate past Chair sits in the Board in an ex-officio capacity,
while the PSSC Executive Director serves as Secretary of the Board. The trustees elect a
Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer for a term of two years. The trustees likewise constitute
PSSC's working committees as the Finance and Personnel Committee, Membership
Committee, Research Committee, Grants Committee, and Social Issues Committee.
